Returns & Order Cancellation

You can request a cancellation only before your vinyl record has been shipped.
After the order has been dispatched, we do not accept returns. -
When canceling an order, a 2% payment processing fee will be deducted.
Unfortunately, Stripe and PayPal charge us these fees even when an order is refunded.
Giveaway Refund Policy

In our giveaways, we refund the price of the one vinyl only.

Shipping costs are paid by the customer and are not refunded.
Order Combination

We cannot combine separate orders into one shipment.
One order = one package.
Combining them creates chaos in logistics, and we want to avoid mistakes.
Damaged Items
If your vinyl record arrives in poor or damaged condition, please contact us by email and attach clear photos of the issue.
We will review the case and find the best possible solution for you.
Shipping Times
PLEASE BE PATIENT AND ALWAYS CHECK YOUR EMAILS FIRST BEFORE CONTACTING US.
Shipping for vinyl usually takes 4–5 weeks from the moment the item arrives at our warehouse.
Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from Europe.
Shipping to the USA
Due to ongoing sanctions and restrictions, we currently cannot ship vinyl records to the USA.
We are actively searching for a solution.
Your records will be safely stored with us and will be shipped as soon as we find a legal and reliable method.
Packaging Policy
We care deeply about our customers and want your vinyl to arrive in perfect condition.
To prevent seam splits, we ship vinyl records outside of their jackets (in separate sleeves).
